Zendesk's file upload feature has a maximum file size of 2 MB.

Overview

Yugabyte uses a third party file upload service that integrates with Zendesk and supports a maximum file size of 100 GB. However, it's still possible to drag files into the notes section (which uses Zendesk's upload functionality) instead of into the third party upload tool's section.

To ensure that files are being uploaded to the correct service, please click or drag files into the box with the orange lock icon underneath the notes section:
