Description:
This Error Occurs when the AWS node name has been updated separately from platform - that is, the node name displayed in platform is different from the node name in the AWS ec2 console.
Resolution:
Firstly confirm that the nodes you see in the "nodes" tab (square in the first screenshot) of the yugabyte platform are the same as the node names in EC2 (square in the second screenshot).
If they aren't the same, please make the EC2 names the same as the yugabyte platform as a fix.
