If you require support outside regular business hours according to the support policy, you will need to trigger a page to the on-call engineer.
Triggering a page to the on-call engineer
- You must be logged in, or have previously created an account with Yugabyte support
- Open a support ticket using the process documented here
When opening a ticket, the Severity must be set to "Urgent"
The IssueType must NOT be "Feature Request"
Select the Alert On-Call Engineer box ☑️
You must include a method, in the body, by which the on-call engineer can join the incident call.
If the above conditions are met, the on-call engineer will contact you as soon as possible.
